- SKOOTAR Chonburi delivery areas: Mueang Chonburi District, Phan Thong District, Ban Bueng District (only Map Phai Subdistrict, Nong Samsak Subdistrict, Ban Bueng Subdistrict), Sri Racha District, Bang Lamung District (only Bang Lamung Subdistrict, Takhian Tia Subdistrict, Na Klua Subdistrict, Nong Pla Lai Subdistrict, Nong Prue Sub District, Pong Subdistrict)
- Item damage insurance is limited to deliveries originating from designated service areas. If a delivery occurs outside of these areas and requires a driver change due to an accident, SKOOTAR cannot guarantee the immediate availability of a replacement driver. This may result in delivery delays while the original driver addresses the issue.
